Barbecue Burgers Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- ¾ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands to combine.
- Gently form into six 1-inch-thick patties, about 4 inches in diameter.
- Grill burgers until they are cooked through. ( not pink )
- I serve this in a lettuce wrap to keep it grain free.
